Force Touch on Android??

Apple introduced 3D touch on iPhone 6s which at that time was one of a kind and of course still is. Their still are loads of differences in long press and 3D touch.
3D basically depends on the force that you apply on the screen where as in the pixel launcher it depends on the time duration of touching a option.
You can do loads of stuff with 3D Touch which can't be done in android such as you cannot view Live Photos, you can't view your alerts, videos, photos by hardly pressing screen.
The first use of force touch in Android I came to know was by samsung in Samsung galaxy S8 an S8+ what they did was to remove the signature Samsung home button and replace it with a force touch onscreen home key.
3D Touch was first used in MacBook Trackpad as the removed physical buttons from it, what they did was to use a Taptic Engine in mac's track pad. Then used its upgraded version with iPhone 6S and above. Taking further step apple used combination of Taptic Engine with Touch ID 2.0 to fully replace the physical home button with a non press able capacitive one.
Force Touch distinguishes between different levels of force applied to the device. Using Force Touch technology, users are able to carry out certain tasks quickly. As for instance, you can force click reminders and dates to expand them and be able to perform more actions.
